MigraineSignal

Terms of Use

Effective November 1, 2026

Not medical advice. MigraineSignal is a personal logging tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider about your care. Seek emergency care right away for a sudden "worst-ever" headache, or a headache with new weakness, numbness, confusion, trouble speaking, vision loss, fever with a stiff neck, or after a head injury.

Using the app

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for what you log and for keeping backups (your logs are stored only on your device). Pattern counts describe your own entries; they can be incomplete or coincidental and are not proof of cause.

Premium and subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), and may also be offered as a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. A free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and Apple decides refund requests under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Third-party content

The research news screen links to articles from other organizations. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content. A headline is information only, not a recommendation.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or that weather data will be accurate or available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app about significant changes.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard end-user license agreement also applies.
